Having had major jaw surgery just 3 months before my wedding, I was struggling to believe that I could ever feel pretty on my wedding day. However, it turned out 3 months was long enough for my jaw to heal, and  when I put on my gorgeous Anais dress with Maguerite’s customised lace back design using Anais flowers, and all my Alan Hannah jewellery and fabulous headpiece, I was absolutely shocked – I felt beautiful. I bought my dress from Ellie Sanderson, (winner of Best Bridal Retailer 2011 and 2012) visiting initially the Oxford boutique for the Designer’s Day, and then the one in Beaconsfield. It was such a pleasure to meet Marguerite and to be able to customise the dress to have the wonderfully romantic lace back that I had always wanted. And then when I was struggling to find the perfect headpiece the AH team stepped in and saved the day with a headband of Anais and Melita flowers. Thank you all so much – I walked up the aisle to marry Rich, the love of my life, feeling like a princess, and then we went on to celebrate our beautiful Easter wedding on the banks of the river in Henley on Thames: a beautiful dress for a beautiful day.
